The main objectives that the party are:

Somalia's natural pillars of the economy:

The oldest mosque in Somalia 1400 years in the city of Zayla

Masjid al-Qiblatayn also known as Labo-gibla mosque is a mosque in Zeila, situated in the northwestern Awdal region of Somalia
According to a recent study by the African Development Bank, Somalia has the highest resource potential of any African nation for onshore wind power and could generate between 30,000 to 45,000 MW. Solar power could potentially generate an excess of 2,000 kWh/m2.30 June 2020
The mineral industry of Somalia produces small quantities of gemstones and salt. The country also has deposits of feldspar, gypsum, iron ore, copper, gold, kaolin, limestone, natural gas, quartz, silica sand, tantalum, tin, and uranium.

The Golden looting strategy for Ogaden natural resource.

On June 2019, the Ethiopian parliament approved fifty percent share from Ogaden natural resource. The Somali region welcomed the announcement. In addition to that, the Prime Minister indicted that there was no loophole with the Ogaden oil and that the Somali people would benefit from their own resource. However, this has not happened. What has happened is that the special force of the Somali region also known as liyu police discovered two tankers filled with Ogaden oil that were headed towards the Harar district and the two drivers escaped the police.
According to a preliminary report, the two tankers had a permit since last year to routinely pump Ogaden oil every month and that this revenue from the Elele well was unaccounted for. The big question is, who is benefiting this aggregate supply? Where are they supplying to oil to? Where is the revenue that is generated every month from this Ogaden oil going?

Here what we discover the Gold looting strategy from Elele oil

Who is benefiting the aggregate supply?
There is a military link a between the old military and current generals, and it is quite clear that there is a long term agreement between the military and Chinese and that agreement involves huge stakes to China. The agreement was for the Chinese to provide technology to the Ethiopia military for an unspecified time. Their intention was to build the capacity Ethiopian military because the military was losing the battleground.
Remember in 2007 when ONLF over ran the entire region with a few hundred fighters while Ethiopian military estimated almost 30,000 individuals. However another intention of the device was to locate the ONLF leaders wherever they were so that they could be assassinated.
